Leather Processing
Leather processing is the foundation of our manufacturing process. We source premium-quality leather from trusted local and international suppliers to ensure consistent standards. Our advanced processing facility has the capacity to handle up to 2,800 skins per day and is equipped with automated shaving, drying, and stretching systems. These modern technologies enable efficient, year-round production while maintaining superior quality. We are committed to sustainable manufacturing practices and implement Cleaner Production Technologies in compliance with National Environmental Quality Standards (NEQS).

Leather & Raw Material Store
Our leather inventory management system enables us to maintain stock levels of up to 20,000 skins throughout the year, ensuring uninterrupted production and reliable delivery schedules. Each skin is carefully inspected and sorted in our leather selection department according to grade, thickness, and intended application.
We source premium-quality leather from both local and international suppliers, including selected African origins, allowing us to meet diverse customer requirements and product specifications. The choice of leather depends on the glove design, performance requirements, and customer preferences. All leather undergoes a rigorous grading process and is classified into quality categories, ensuring that only suitable materials proceed to production while non-conforming skins are separated for further evaluation.

Cutting
Cutting is one of the most critical stages of our manufacturing process, directly impacting product quality, consistency, and efficiency. To support high-volume production, our cutting department is equipped with 20 hydraulic cutting presses, capable of producing up to 8,000 pairs in a single shift.
Every department operates under a dedicated quality control system, with inspectors reporting directly to the Quality Manager to ensure strict adherence to quality standards. Leather components are precision-cut using hydraulic presses and specially engineered steel cutting dies. These dies are developed from standardized patterns based on internationally recognized hand sizing and finger dexterity specifications.
Our advanced machine-cutting process ensures exceptional accuracy, uniformity, and production consistency, enabling us to maintain high quality standards while maximizing operational efficiency and productivity.

Printing & Heat Transfer
Printing and heat transfer are important stages in the production of gloves and garments, enabling product customization with logos, safety markings, reflective tapes, and branding elements. Using advanced equipment and high-quality materials, we ensure sharp, durable, and consistent results. Every item undergoes quality inspection to verify print accuracy, adhesion, durability, and overall appearance, ensuring a professional finish that meets customer and industry requirements.

Stitching
Our stitching facility is equipped with over 200 stitching machines and continues to expand to meet growing production demands. The machines are organized across multiple production halls, allowing dedicated quality control supervisors to monitor workmanship at every stage. Skilled operators use high-quality polyester or nylon threads, selected according to product specifications and performance requirements. This structured approach ensures strong, durable stitching, consistent quality, and efficient production of gloves and safety garments.

Inspection & Packing
Our inspection, finishing, and packaging department is capable of processing up to 10,000 pairs per shift. Every glove undergoes a thorough quality inspection, ironing, and tagging process to ensure it meets our quality standards. Ironing enhances glove fit, comfort, and finger dexterity while helping inspectors identify any sizing inconsistencies or stitching defects. Once approved, products are packed in durable cardboard cartons with customized packaging and branding tailored to each customer's specifications, ensuring professional presentation and secure delivery.
